OK PA .... the rule is ... if you don't "want" to go out onto the beach .... you say so. Cuz if you say you "can't" ...... the Captain will do his darnedest to prove you wrong!! MUCH to the joy of both of these guys, the balloon-tired wheelchair was even easier to maneuver than a regular one!
It's even made to pull partly into the water so Pa got to splash a bit to cool off (THAT was a must in the 92 degree sun!!!) They were like a couple of little kids!! (yay)
