the countdown continues (but not fast enough)

Life (at work) seems to be throwing a little extra at me ..... maybe it's karma, since the "spirits" out there know there is a coundown goin' on!

My work days are getting longer & more hectic ... but the worst part is that after a week of posting the job opening, we haven't had a single hit.

The only affect this has on me is that I will be working the full extent of my notice .... since we are in week 8 now & even if we get a reasonable applicant, they are going to need a few weeks training. My job is 2 jobs rolled into 1- so it will require almost twice the amount of training to do it right. Well, tomorrow is another day. We'll see if it brings some light at the end of the 8 week tunnel!
