THANK YOU LOULOU for turning me on to this too, too cool site. The items they carry are not out of ordinary. The prices are not out of the ordinary. The customer service is, HOWEVER, out of the ordinary.
My sis mentioned them in her blog the other day- touting the great customer service. Being OCD as I am with regard to this topic, it was ONLY BECAUSE of her words that I checked them out. I have 2 MAJOR comments about my experience .... or three.
They have a good selection.
Their shipping fees are reasonable (about time)
AND THEY CALLED ME .... on the phone ... a real person .... TO TELL ME IT SHIPPED!
Thanks sis! Can't wait to see my new goodies.
