today is Lāpule

day #'elua ...... and each day here, I shall first look makai. Then I will think of something 'ono & my 'opu will growl. Today it was apple banana, pineapple, papaya, an english muffin with guava pineapple jam & some vanilla macademia coffee !! SUPER YUM. As we munch .... we are giving thought to those things/places we always like to revisit and fill in the rest of our time at the beach, in the water, vegging out. here we go!!!
